Welcome to Wedding Wizard. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our website, tools, marketplace frameworks, and dashboard panels. By accessing our platform, you establish a legally binding agreement to comply fully with these provisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, browsing listings, or interacting with the operational tools of Wedding Wizard, you confirm your absolute acceptance of these Terms of Service, along with our integrated Privacy Policy, and all governing state and central regulations within the Republic of India.

2. Nature of Services

Wedding Wizard acts strictly as a technology-driven online intermediary venue under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our platform facilitates the discovery of independent business vendors (such as Banquet Halls, Caterers, Bridal Makeup Artists, and Photographers) by registered planners and clients (designated as Guests). We do not own, employ, run, or directly control any of the third-party business services rendered on our site.

3. User Accounts (Guests & Planners)

To access core dashboard components like tracking guest registries or initiating vendor communications, you must establish an account. Users agree to:

• Supply completely accurate and current identity parameters.
• Maintain individual, exclusive access control over your session credentials.
• Promptly alert platform administrators if an unauthorized account intrusion is suspected.

4. Vendor Accounts & Regulatory Verification

Vendors showcasing business storefronts bear full statutory responsibility for the content, pricing, image portfolios, descriptions, and structural operations they publish.

To preserve marketplace transparency and authenticity, Vendors are required to input their valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and optional Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN). Providing falsified, mismatched, or structurally invalid tax identification tokens constitutes a material breach of contract. Wedding Wizard reserves the right to immediately suspend, obscure, or permanently delete non-compliant business profiles without warning.

5. Premium Tiers & Commercial Transactions

While standard listing discovery access remains open, certain extended promotional features require a paid Premium subscription.

• Pricing Structures: Subscription values, feature quotas (such as maximum gallery file allowances), and promotional visibility tiers are subject to systematic revision at our discretion.
• Cancellation & Refunds: All payments completed for commercial subscription tiers are final. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital platform assets, Wedding Wizard operates a strict no-refund policy upon successful profile upgrading.

6. Third-Party Gateways & Payment Indemnity

Financial clearings are processed externally via certified, RBI-approved payment gateways. Users and Vendors agree that Wedding Wizard shall not be held liable for electronic transaction drops, banking authorization delays, or processing errors originating at the third-party gateway level.

7. Prohibited System Activities

Users and Vendors are explicitly barred from engaging in the following actions:

• Posting fraudulent pricing configurations, bait-and-switch listings, or deceptive descriptions.
• Uploading or transmitting media configurations containing malicious scripts, viruses, or unoptimized bulk payloads.
• Scrutinizing, scanning, or probing our database architecture layers for infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Scraping vendor catalog indices or user email listings using automated scripts or web crawlers.

8. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Licensing

The core layout code, visual graphics, UI styling sheets, system brand assets, and trademark elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Wedding Wizard. Vendors retain copyright ownership over individual portfolio images they upload, but grant Wedding Wizard a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and format those assets across our public discovery matrices for promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability & Day-Of Service Disclaimer

Wedding Wizard provides an informational matching venue and offers no implicit warranties regarding the operational quality, punctuality, legal licensing, or on-the-day performance of any listed Vendor. All booking contracts, advance token payments, and delivery details are executed directly between the Guest and the Vendor. We shall not be impleaded or held liable for any personal disappointment, commercial losses, contract cancellations, or property damages arising out of event day assignments.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We retain absolute discretion to lock down, disable, or wipe account credentials, profile indexes, and database entries if a profile shows patterns of consumer exploitation, toxic communication, copyright infringement, or failure to pay recurring subscription cycles.

11. Governance and Jurisdictional Framework

These terms are governed entirely by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions, contractual disputes, or statutory challenges connected to our platform operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where the platform administrator operates.

12. Modifications to Terms

We modify these structural terms occasionally to account for legislative updates or new platform tools. Changes apply instantly upon publication to this page. Continued login interaction with your dashboard indicates formal legal acceptance of the updated terms.
