* **User-Generated Content:** Profile images, business portfolio graphics, descriptions, and dynamic inquiry details submitted through our forms.

* **Transactional Logs:** Payment histories and subscription tier records (all actual financial processing parameters are handled securely via encrypted third-party gateways).

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected information strictly for the following operational workflows:

* To set up, authenticate, and manage your dashboard access profile.

* To securely bridge platform communication lines, transmitting Guest inquiries directly to the selected Vendor profiles.

* To process premium subscription plan tiers (e.g., upgrading from Free to Premium for Rs 499/year).

*We will subsequently modify this plan(Premium for Rs 499/year) and introduce a lot of different types of plans. We are informing you about this as well.

* To identify, monitor, and prevent automated spam, fraudulent listings, or system abuse.

* To send critical, account-related system alerts and validation transaction messages.

3. Vendor Data Confidentiality & Public Visibility

To maintain an open, trustworthy marketplace while strictly protecting financial identifiers, we enforce a binary data-sharing framework:

* **Publicly Displayed Attributes:** Vendor listing profiles will show company names, categories, general business addresses, experience levels, portfolio images, pricing tiers, and specified social links.

* **Strictly Confidential Attributes:** **Vendor tax registration tokens—specifically PAN cards and GSTIN strings—are classified as Private Operational Records. They are stored securely on our backend servers solely for internal platform verification and compliance reviews. These identifiers are strictly obscured and will never be exposed to the public view pages, regular Guest users, or unauthorized third parties.**

4. Cookies and Analytical Trackers

We deploy standard cookies and browser session analytical tracking configurations to understand visitor behaviors, optimize dashboard load parameters, and enhance the overall user experience across the portal matrix.

5. Payment Security Infrastructure

Wedding Wizard does not capture, store, or log sensitive debit/credit card credentials or Net Banking pins on our local database tables. All commercial transaction cycles are safely offloaded to secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways utilizing premium SSL encryption technologies.

We do not sell, trade, or lease your personal or corporate identity records to data brokers. Data footprints may only be disclosed under the following controlled circumstances:

However, because no digital architecture over public networks is fully impenetrable, we cannot guarantee absolute, bulletproof security. Our platform contains external redirect links (including social networks like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp click-to-chat features). We do not control, oversee, or accept liability for the individual terms or privacy safety protocols maintained by those external entities.

10. Children's Protection

Wedding Wizard is designed strictly for adults planning weddings or managing registered business operations. We do not knowingly harvest information instances from individuals under the age of 13.
